  • Monitoring the market for engineering and construction
  • Achieving New Order Book Target for Business lines – Urban Infrastructure – Railway, DFCC, Metro Rail,
  • Highway & Bridges, Non-renewable Energy – Thermal and Nuclear Power Plant Ensuring company’s empanelment with all major customers including Corporate, MNC, Government, Semi-Government (i.e. Municipal Corporation) and PSU
  • Identifying of new Business Partners with better negotiating terms (percentage share and project leadership)
  • Increasing Client base, researching business opportunities and viable income streams
  • Preparing and implementing of plan for achieving company’s objectives of yearly business targets
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing and new clients
  • Interacting with the Client for clarification related tender conditions
  • Preparing Tender Proposals with annexures / addendums as per Client’requirement

  • Registration  with  various  government  agencies  and  private  companies  for online tenders, search and acquire new online tenders from prospective Clients Addressing    Customer    Complaints    and    obtaining    Customer    Feedback, Identification of business opportunities on continuous basis from all possible channels
  • Finalizing the contract agreements for consultancy assignments
  • Ensuring compliance with ISO Policy & Procedure
  • Maintaining Tender Tracker and correspondence, registers, records,Maintaining Project files related to tender and offer in soft and hard copies Have in-depth knowledge of infrastructure business value addition Eligibility
QualificationB.E , MBA (Finance/Marketing)
KRA
  • Bachelor of Engineering from a leading university is desirable.
  • Masters Degree (MBA) in Finance & Marketing from a leading university is desirable.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with specific ability to communicate concepts and ideas concisely and defend their validity
  • Ability to comfortably interact with clients in a professional and mature manner
  • Should be a Quick Learner, Focused & have Clarity of thoughts.
  • Outstanding ethics, integrity and judgment
  • Strong intellectual curiosity Comfort in and commitment to strong teamwork environment
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and proactive
  • Sound working knowledge of MS Office specially MS-Word & MS- Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel at short notice is a must.
  • Ability to comfortably interact with clients in a professional and mature manner.
