Description<\/td>

Requirement of Assistant Manager Tendering who can Provide support to management during the pre-tender process starting from evaluating\/ assessing tenders, assessing risk factors to arrive at bid decisions,& attend pre bid meetings as and when required. Ready to travel on short Notice. Excellent in presentation skills<\/p>

  • Research the number of tenders as per Goal on a daily basis and update the Daily Tracker meticulously.<\/li>
  • To study Bid Documents, prepare Tender synopsis, raise bid queries and define project requirements<\/li>
  • Discuss and share with the Team the new ideas to generate number of tenders to match the value as per Goal.<\/li>
  • Highlight & discuss the excetions (important clauses) in the tenders.<\/li>
  • Assist the team in providing all necessary details in the preparation of Snapshot, Executive Note for tenders identified and also created.<\/li>
  • Assist the team in the creation of Model Tender document within 2 days of ideation and creation.<\/li>
  • Provide all necessary details of those tenders identified by you for presentation on the following days.<\/li>
  • To analyse commercial, legal and technical aspects of the bid<\/li>
  • Assist the team in Sectoral Research & Data mining for non-tender business proposals.<\/li>
  • Parallely track new updates n various projects, policy changes, notifications, news articles, etc. pertaining to NRE, INFRA, RAILWAYS, PORTS, HIGHWAYS & IB along with the Team.<\/li>
  • Assist the team in the Identification of JV\/Consortium Partners as per the requisite of Tender dcuments\/Authorities.<\/li>
  • Authenticity of the credentials to be thoroughly checked before taking Go\/No Go from management for participation in the bid.<\/li>
  • Provide assistance to Team Leader in the preparation of Competition Mapping.<\/li>
  • Track Corrigendum\u2019s & intimate Team Members on the amendments \/ modifications on real time basis, to be incorporated in the daily tracker.<\/li>
  • Maintain excellent rapport with all cross functional Teams.<\/li><\/ul><\/td><\/tr>
Qualification<\/td>Graduate \/ Post Graduate from a leading university is desirable
Highly organized, detail oriented and proactive
Should be a Quick Learner, Focused & have Clarity of thoughts.<\/td><\/tr>
