  • Monitoring the market for engineering and construction<\/li>
  • Achieving New Order Book Target for Business lines \u2013 Urban Infrastructure – Railway, DFCC, Metro Rail,<\/li>

  • Maintaining Tender Tracker and correspondence, registers, records,Maintaining Project files related to tender and offer in soft and hard copies Have in-depth knowledge of infrastructure business value addition Eligibility<\/li><\/ul><\/td><\/tr>
Qualification<\/td>B.E , MBA (Finance\/Marketing)<\/td><\/tr>
KRA<\/td>
  • Bachelor of Engineering from a leading university is desirable.<\/li>
  • Masters Degree (MBA) in Finance & Marketing from a leading university is desirable.<\/li>
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with specific ability to communicate concepts and ideas concisely and defend their validity<\/li>
  • Ability to comfortably interact with clients in a professional and mature manner<\/li>
  • Should be a Quick Learner, Focused & have Clarity of thoughts.<\/li>
  • Outstanding ethics, integrity and judgment<\/li>
  • Strong intellectual curiosity Comfort in and commitment to strong teamwork environment<\/li>
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and proactive<\/li>
  • Sound working knowledge of MS Office specially MS-Word & MS- Excel and PowerPoint.<\/li>
